Returns
Products should be inspected upon receipt of the order. Any alleged error, shortage, defect or nonconformity, must be reported within thirty (30) calendar days, after receipt of shipment. Any failure by customer to inspect and/or notify any errors shall constitute a waiver of any claim or right of customer against the manufacturer arising with respect to any nonconformity which was reasonably discoverable during inspection. Warranty is limited to replacement or repair of defective merchandise, and approval by factory is required prior to returning merchandise. In such instances, a return authorization number (RMA) will be provided including detail information as to how to proceed with the return.
